The full project was completed in 24 weeks and under budget.

The project scope comprised:
The excavation, removal, disposal and reinstatement of all hard and soft landscaping materials, as well as asphalt, curbs, walkways, planter boxes, overburden, sod, all existing trees, existing roof deck waterproofing, etc.

The restoration of the garage roof slab encompassing the concrete repairs to beams, columns and slab. It included shoring, concrete removal surface preparation, reinforcing steel replacement, cracks injection, casting of new concrete and installation of new hot applied rubberized asphalt.

The Repair of all four (4) expansion joints including the installation of new elastomeric expansion joint gland and rubberized asphalt waterproofing system at vertical and horizontal joints including saw-cutting of slab to accommodate gland, all necessary surface preparation,lap-in with existing, installation of weeper and granular materials.

The installation of two new pressure relief points at the perimeter foundation wall, including hook-up with existing below grade drainage system, cutting foundation wall/slab-on-grade removal/disposal, new 4″ diameter ABS piping & weeping tile with sleeve, all required piping and connections, filter fabric, 3/4″ clear stone materials, compaction, reinstatement of concrete perimeter wall and slab-on-grade and reinforcing.
