The project scopes comprised:

The restoration of all concrete balcony slabs and shear walls. Identification and marking of all delaminated areas, concrete repairs including shoring, concrete removal surface preparation, reinforcing steel replacement, cracks injection, casting of new concrete, installation of new Elastomeric Joint Sealant, installation of new waterproofing, painting and installation of new guardrail system.

The Façade repair and restoration includes the assessment of damaged areas, Tuck-pointing and replacement of bricks and the installation of new localized vinyl siding including all access requirements.
